NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the Tuolumne County Transit Agency (TCTA) at its office located at 975 Morning Star Dr. Ste-A Sonora, California; (mail: 2 South Green Street, Sonora, CA, 95370), until 2 p.m. February 25, 2021 for the following:

of
Tuolumne County Transit
The TCTA hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any agreement entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation, and that proposers will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, creed, medical condition, color, marital status, ancestry, gender, age, national origin or physical or mental disability in consideration for an award.
Proposers will be required to provide a $1,000 Proposal Bond pursuant to Attachment C.

Please review these documents thoroughly, and if you desire to submit a proposal, take care to ensure that your proposal contains all required forms prepared in accordance with the instructions, that it is correctly executed and submitted to the Tuolumne County Transit Agency no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021.
