RFP for the Bicycle Tourism Plan
The Tuolumne County Transportation Council (TCTC) desires to hire a consultant to develop an Interregional Bicycle Tourism Plan. The goal of this project is to promote safe multi-modal travel in a five county region. One of the goals of the plan is to improve and promote bicycle tourism for economic development with an emphasis on improving disadvantaged, low income Rural Communities and Small Cities. The Request for Proposals (RFP) specifies project deliverables, evaluation criteria, insurance requirements, DBE Forms and other instructions for the consultants to follow during this RFP process. The Proposals are due by January 17th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
